Hubby has a watermelon for a head so finding hats to fit is difficult. Add to that he likes Mackinac plaid and wool and this is like finding a unicorn. Great quality and he LOVES it! Bought him a second one just in case they ever stop making it.

I absolutely LOVE my cap...I did however order the gray/black plaid men's cap to match the gray/black critter cap so we can be the Dynamic Duo. Oops, I got the gray solid mens and had to check the packing list to see what was sent/ordered. I did order the correct color but put on the all gray and decided to keep it. Being the busiest time of year for shopping and shipping...it's more of a hassle to return/reship my cap. The website was user-friendly. Shipping easy to track and on time. Excellent quality/value of products. AND my beagle turns heads with the KritterKap. I'm not gonna raise a fuss over this glitch; but, instead still praise your quality company. I'm 100% satisfied. I followed the directions on the web site to determine a proper size but it is too small to wear comfortably. I assume the hats are fitted this way so they won't blow of in strong winds but it is just too uncomfortable for me. ~~ Sorry to hear your cap doesn't fit the way you expected.
