I could not be more pleased with my purchasing experience. I accidentally sent my hat to the wrong address and the fine people at Stormy Kromer immediately sent me a replacement from the shop. So far the hat fits and looks great!

Like the product. It is hard to gauge the tightness that it should be on my head. I almost returned it for a larger size, but relented after wearing it for awhile.

This was a gift from long time friend and Brother - whose own hat I have admired for years at Deer Camp. Well - now I have my own....and I love it. I bought my first Stormy Kromer about three years ago, 7 3/8 and it fit a bit tight and still fits a little tight to this day. I am 90% certain it's an Original style but perhaps it isn't which would explain the difference between my new cap. Yesterday I bought a new cap except from I bought it in person at my local outfitters and it had a great fit, wasn't tight at all and I could even get the flap over my ears which wasn't possible with my first. Overall I would say this is a great product but perhaps a bit inconsistent, I highly recommend buying in person if at all possible rather than online to ensure a good fit.

I gave this five stars even tho I sent it to be exchanged. I ordered the Red, but the color, in my opinion, is more of a Brick or Burgundy, and not Red. I exchanged it for the red/black plaid. The fit was excellent (7 1/4) and the quality seemed to be excellent as well, thus the five stars. The fact that it did not seem to be the color I thought it would be is not the fault of the cap.
