Our daughter and son in law are just moving back up North. We wanted to surprise them at Christmas time with a warm Northern hat. We specifically told them please don’t ship til 12-15. Of course apparently they can’t read because they shipped immediately and of course ruined the idea of a Christmas present. When we complained we were offered 10% off on a future offer. Pretty crappy. So they can forget a future offer. SK response: My sincere apologies that we did not ship according to your request and your planned surprise was ruined. This is a very busy time for our shipping and customer service teams; however, that is not an excuse. We absolutely want to make this right. Just bought my first "Kromer". I have wanted one for a long time and I really don't know why I waited so long. It's amazing. Fantastic quality, the fit is great, (I followed the video instructions) and it arrived quickly. I have a problem with stocking caps and ball caps always riding up on my head. I always have to keep pulling them down. This hat stays put!! It never rides up on me like other hats. I love it and will definitely be buying another in a different color soon. Thanks for a Great hat!
