This is my 3rd Kromer . I got the orange for pheasant hunting , it fits great and quality is awesome .

This is my first wool hat. So far I am loving it, it not to hot but it keeps you warm. I haven’t got it out in really cold weather yet but I think this will be the perfect working/hunting hat. They do run small my head measured 24 1/2 and I got the 7 7/8. It is snug and it is loosing up the more a wear it. If I order a other one I will probably go with the 8”.

Apparently Stormy Kromer changed the cap profile from the low profile of all of my kromer hats that I had bought 10-15 years ago. My older hats are much lower profile which id what I like. I've bought 2 new ones(1 2 years ago and 1 in october 2020 and bot of those have about 3/4 to 1 inch higher profile and i don't like it. If I can send the hats back I will. If not i'll sell or give them away. Too bad cause I really liked my older Kromer hats and will not buy or wear the newer ones. ~ Sorry the cap doesn't look the way you expected.
