Bought my third hat, but the first one from your facility. First one was before you actually sold out of your factory from a outdoor store in Ironwood. Second one from the Co op in Bruce Crossing. My hat was delivered in two days at flat rate charges. Couldn't be happier.

My five year old Stormy Kromer hat started to have problems with the material on top of and under the bill of the hat. I made a claim under the lifetime warranty and I was pleasantly surprised when SK stood behind the warranty and replaced the hat no questions asked. What a company. Thats exactly why I buy American and local when possible. Thank you Stormy Kromer You are the best.

I have always had problems finding hats to fit my big head but the Stormy Kromer size 8 fits perfectly. I wear it under my parka hood when blowing snow. The bill sheds snow and moisture while keeping the hood off of my face. I have had it for many years and it is my "go to" winter hat. Remember, when your feet get cold, put on a hat!

Ordered Dec. 7th received Jan. 19th Very late Christmas gift! It turned out to be too small. So disappointing I now have to reorder. ~~ We're so sorry that your international order took unacceptably long to arrive. We have heard that packages got stuck at the border for a long time.
