At first, it was a little tight on my head. Learned I might be a little above the avg cap size. However, after some breaking in, holy cow I’m impressed. My favorite experience so far was ice fishing with a big group. Despite 25* temps, my ears and head stayed quite warm. I love it and truly hope I never lose this hat.

Bought my Red and Black hat last fall. It kept my head warm throughout the winter. Very warm and comfortable. I would recommend one of these hats to get you through the winter if you are in the north where it is cold.

This is a replacement for an older one. It's still a nice hat, and well made, but I prefer the older style Kromers with a lower more cap-like crown. The newer ones are more like a "trucker" style hat with the higher crown. Functionally still a good hat, I just prefer the older look.
Best rancher/packer cap on the market.
