Very nice, well made cap.....Comfortable, warm, functional, classy, priced right and made in USA.....I thought my duck hunting partners would laugh at my Kromer but they liked its style, and quality and seemed to be very impressed with it....Couldn't help but notice them staring at my noggin all morning.Great product and as long as they're made in USA, I'll keep buying 'em! -Joe A

This hat, which I have several of, is the best hat I have worn in the field. Warm, comfortable and light. What more could you ask for! Thanks! -Kurt Fondrick

I bought my first Stormy Kromer at Moe's Hardware, Black River Falls, WI in blaze orange for deer hunting. Wore it for a full week, and loved it! Got a deer, too. When Christmas rolled around, I bought another one--this one charcoal gray, very classy, for everyday wear. Best winter hat ever--and I've lived in cold winter places my whole life. Buy one, you'll buy more. -Jim Joiner

I wore my stormy all day on the Wisconsin gun deer opener with it being a -11 degrees out (I sat sun up till sun down). This was the only hat I needed because the wool kept me warm and the ear flaps did the trick on the ears. THIS IS ONE HOT HAT! -Pat B

I have three blue, camo and hunter orange I wore an original black Kromer plum out left to me by my grandfather 40 plus years ago and was very happy to stumble onto the new site. I bought a gore-tex model from a hunting supply company who Kromer apparently does private label for, I really wished they would market the same cap through this site and offer more colors than was available from the company I bought it from. It should also be made with the gore-tex liner in the rancher model which could be the perfect winter cap. All mine get worn, don't have a favorite but I would recommend to make sure you order a size larger than you might think you take so the ear tabs will fully cover the top of your ears if you want more cover order the rancher model, but be advised it's not a casual cap to wear inside and outdoors it's best suited for strictly outdoors and the cold. Great product, very satisfied returning customer here. -Your Name

I don't even know how I came across the Kromer the first time. But I am pretty darn happy I did. I work at a telephone company over by the Mississippi River in Wisconsin. And although it isn't a Geat Lake type wind, it stil howls from time to time. I currently have a few Kromers, two of which are the gore-tex model. I had to find those at Cabela's. But would recommend this model, especially for you hunters. Same quality as the original, but that gore-tex really helps when you start sweating on a deer drive, or kicking up some roosters. All in all, oe fine hat. Now I just need a few more colors. My wife loves hat I accessorize so well. And made in the U.S.A. still has a special place in my heart for this mid-western boy. -Jason Rood

Thanks, I just love wearing my new SK around town. I don't use it for outdoor sports. I just wear it for warmth and style. Out East here where few people know about SKs, I get lots of positive comments about the hat, and people ask where I bought it, which of course I let them know.A great investment, sturdy, soft and warm with good protection for your ears. A must for everyone north of the Mason Dixon! :) -Scott Spiegler

I tried to get a Kromer before leaving for deer hunting in the Adirondacks of New York.I went to your web site and found a dealer that was on our way. We stopped, and I picked up a Stormy Kromer. Upon our arrival at camp, we were met with 4" of snow and heavy wind. I must say, that I was more than happy with my new hat! Not once did my hat blow off in the wind, It's very comfortable, as well as extremely warm. It is now my lucky hat as well. My Kromer helped me bag a nice 8 point buck, I'll never be without one. I need to pick up a couple of other colors for work , church etc. -Jeff
