    Our daughter and son in law are just moving back up North. We wanted to surprise them at Christmas time with a warm Northern hat. We specifically told them please don’t ship til 12-15. Of course apparently they can’t read because they shipped immediately and of course ruined the idea of a Christmas present. When we complained we were offered 10% off on a future offer. Pretty crappy. So they can forget a future offer. SK response: My sincere apologies that we did not ship according to your request and your planned surprise was ruined. This is a very busy time for our shipping and customer service teams; however, that is not an excuse. We absolutely want to make this right.
