I just received my 3rd Archer cap, and while it’s not perfect, I’m tired of arguing with customer service, so I’ve given up. This particular model is not being made correctly. I have 12 other caps from Stormy Kromer. A 7 5/8 fits just right, but I like my cap to be a little loose, so I always buy a 7 3/4. The first one was so small, I couldn’t even get it on my head. So I called and returned it for another 7 3/4. That one was an again, so small I couldn’t even get it on. So I called again, and was told someone double checked it and confirmed it was a 7 3/4. I guess that means I’m either lying, or completely incompetent and don’t know how to wear a hat. They offered to send a 7 7/8 out. I got it, and it fits very snug, just like a 7 5/8 fits in their other models. I don’t see any point in returning it again. I know when I’m talking to a brick wall, and I give up.
