The Waxed Rancher Cap

This is the second cap i purchased within a weeks time. I ordered this cap one size lager than was suggested due to the first one seemingly being too tight. I wish i would have stayed at the smaller size because this one is now just a little too big, but no problem it is still a great cap that I would highly recommend. My suggestion is to trust the sizing directions. I kept the other cap which is the original style and now that one fits great after a few times wearing it. Great news is now I have two.

What a great hat, it fits in with the rest of my 5 stormy hats that I have Would highly recommend them, have been ask by other people and told them what kind it was and they are worth the money

This is a very warm cam and the rain and snow beads right off of it. The ear flaps are very warm and nice in the wind!

Received the Waxed Rancher cap recently and was very pleased with the fine construction of the cap, no surprise there. Everything about it suits me perfectly except for the size. I ordered this cap in 7-3/8, the same size as my regular Stormy Kromer caps, but this felt just a little too loose to me and so I sent it back for exchange. We don't have Mt. Washington winds here around Amarillo, but it does blow just a tad for sure. Wouldn't be a problem with the ear flaps down, but it might go sailing with the flaps up! I'm anxiously awaiting the new cap.

I would recommend it to anyone.

Great hat! I wore this hat while waterfowl hunting central Washington state with temps down in the 20's and 15mph wind, my head and ears were nice and warm under this hat. It will definitely be in my gear bag from now on!

Love this hat! It takes the best of what makes SK hats great and takes it up a level. Lined for warmth. Waxed for water resistance. And additional ear flap for more protection. A must have for tinkering around the hobby farm on Michigan winter days. In the spirit of transparency, I need to disclose this is my 6th SK hat. Happy with all of them as well as other SK products I own.

I have always wanted this hat. So glad I finally purchased it. It definitely keeps my head and ears warm. Fits perfectly. The quality and workmanship are first rate.
