A most useful and comfortably warm hat. Thank you for making this in the USA and thank you for making it so well. This is the type of hat which can become part of a person. -Randy

I'd been looking at the rancher for quite some time and finally decided to make the purchase. The hat is very warm and looks great but the earflaps are loose fitting against your ears. If you're out for a walk and the wind is blowing towards you, forget it your ears will be cold. -Dave

Very warm, the fit is perfect. I live in Northern Montana where the winters are below zero and wind. The Rancher is the best winter cap I have ever had. -Montana Dave

Have had many woolie caps from rancher supplies. All had inside ear flap(fit snug over ears) and the outside flap like these caps.Yours only have the one and wind gushes in. Flap blows in the wind like butterfly wings. Have to wear stocking cap to hold snuggly. Otherwise would be very good cap. -cold in colorado

Just received Rancher Cap in Blaze Orange and want to purchase another in some type camo. Please try to research the marketing aspects( good and bad) of the hat in camo for both hunters and "special soldiers".I know when I wear my new cap in elk camp next season, everyone will want one. My belief is that everybody that owns a blaze orange cap will want to own a camo cap if manufactured, especially because it's made in U.S.A.. -Greywolf

I've owned the original kromer for years but that wind down your neck we all know how bad it is the rancher cap fixed that. Once you get used to the size change of the hat you'll never take it off great cap a kromer rancher and some hair on your face and the winds got nothing on you thanks again for a good american product. -badcowcattleco
