I understand the older style hat had a lower crown, I wish they were still available. The crown is taller than I would like. I also wish they had some elastic in the band.

I bought this for a good friend who has a 2000 acre sheep and cattle ranch in southwest Colorado. I believe that it will do the trick just fine when those December and January winds blow.
