    I called the stormy Kromer store and a really nice little girl informed me that you do sell seconds, Not available online but at the store which is what I inquired about . She was very helpful . So now I am thinking about taking a road trip 8 1/2 hours to buy Kromers all around for Family Christmas presents . She literally led me into it with the precise answers .

    Stormy Kromers are very comfortable in cold weather. The ear flaps are a bit short for extreme cold, but are adequate for the majority of cold weather days in northern Wisconsin. It's my second Kromer, the first is over eight years old and is worn every day during the winter.

    Cap isnt too bad but the ear flaps dont keep your ears warm at all. Small fit. add one size. Pull down ear thing is just for looks.

    It’s not effective in covering my ears. The size is right but the earband doesn’t properly cover.
