I’ve got to tell you that at the end of the day, you’re company will lose more people by not keeping up to date on your inventory , hoping that they will buy another hat for more money . There are a few companies that still operate in this manner but, I for one will not do business with them anymore . I can’t be the only one that’s not happy about that tactic. You do have great merchandise , it’s a shame . DV atty. ~~Good morning, We are sorry to hear your disappointment. Our inventory is updated daily as hats become in and out of stock frequently especially our outlet caps. Once they hit the outlet, they are gone fairly quick. All items are eligible for refund unless it is a "second" quality item. SK~~

This is my 8th cap from Ironwood! I love them. They are made by some lovely people and always are of highest quality. I get complimented whilst wearing. Great to see the only real “Michigan Made Clothing Company” doing such good work!

Not sure if it's the Kelly Green Plaid, but the weight of the woolen fabric seems to be lighter than my other five woolen SK caps. Also, the crown of the cap seems a bit more 'bulbous' than most of my other caps - especially the older ones. When I pull the old caps down firmly to the tops of my ears, the crown fits neatly on my head. This one seems a bit more 'blocky.' Not sure if that's a change in the pattern or just another Michigan hand-sewn cap. I'm not complaining - these are just my observations. I'll happily add this one to its 6 older waxed cotton and woolen brothers and sisters!
