    I’ve had my vest for a few years and have liked it. Recently, the zipper broke. I inquired about repair work with SK and was told they do not do repairs. I was not asked how long I had the vest. Other brands with similar products offer repairs even after many years. I would not recommend this vest with a zipper. If considering, I would recommend buying one with buttons so it can be easily repaired. Disappointed. ~ Hello, We're sorry to hear about your vest. We do have a 5-year limited warranty and at this time, we do not do repairs due us approaching our busy season. SK~

    I will have to stay, I surely do enjoy my best. Can be wore underneath or over top depending on weather conditions. I prefer buttons snaps versus zipper, but seems like the zipper is a higher quality one. I’m a taller guy 6’3” 280 lbs with a long torso And if it’s perfectly. I have received compliments on how sharp it looks. Great product.

    Great unlined vest. A bit of a slimmer fit than my other vest but it looks and fits great. Highly recommend!

    Update to my earlier review: the zipper failed after a little over a month of use. Stormy Krmer sent me a mailing label for return and said they would repair it. That's good customer service.

    My second ironwood vest I love them they are dressy and comfortable great for layers in the cool days but it hot in nursing facilities.

    I really like the fit, cut, design of this vest! My one wish is that it was offered in the 26oz 100% wool like the Button Vest!

    I’m 5’11” 155#’s ( very slim). Usually wear medium. This vest was snug in midsection and the arm holes were overly large bowing out some away from the chest. I’m waiting for a large exchange. Quality and style are top notch. Excellent conservative tasteful appearance.

    I loved the Stormy Kromer button vest, which is thick and warm, all wool. This is a wool/nylon blend and it's much thinner fabric. It's sized to fit closely. I'm 6-2 210 and a large tall is a very close fit, which is what I wanted. It looks great--we'll see how it wears. The zipper is rough in action and wants to stick. Maybe it will wear-in over time. Giving it 4 stars in comparison to the button vest which is a full five star
