The Northwoods Trapper Hat

Super warm, super stylish and so beautifully packaged! My only wish is that the under chin closures allowed for an overhead option. Nevertheless, money well spent.

I already owned a competitor’s “heavy big warm” bomber hat. I bought this one thinking I could wear it on nicer “warmer” winter days. Was out walking the dog today in 0 to -5 degree temps & wind & my melon stayed nice & toasty!! Loved it so much I’ve already bought another one!!

I purchased 2 of these hats for my college-age sons who go to school in the Midwest. They are beautifully crafted! Quality materials and perfectly stitched. I am very happy with my purchase!

Ended up buying two.... sturdy and well constructed with 2 noteworthy issues- first off, size runs small which is how I came to buy two- gave the first one to my wife because although my measurements said to order Large it was too small. Secondly, both of us found that snapping under the chin is difficult... not enough material to comfortably & easily snap together and when snapped it is uncomfortably tight in the throat area. Snaps are unworkable with gloves on.

Was a little hesitant on purchasing this hat at the price. I’m glad I did. Warmest hat I ever owned and very well made. Size chart was right on as it fits perfectly. Only wish is the flaps were just a bit longer but it doesn’t affect the warmth of the hat. I would highly recommend this hat!! Great job Stormy!

You need to use real fur in those trapper hats. Coyote or rabbit. Yoopers don't much care for what Peta thinks.

This is the hat that you need if you like hanging outside in the U.P. during the winter! Sub-zero, windy, all that ceases to matter in this bad mutha!
