Vermont Flannel Company x Stormy Kromer Trapper Hat

My husband purchased this hat for my 45th birthday present and I finally got a chance to use it. After shoveling the snow for 3 hours in 15 degree weather, I wasn't cold at all and was very impressed with the quality of this hat.

This is a great hat. I got it for my wife and she absolutely adores it! It’s so warm that after doing chores outside in single digit temps she is sweating.

I received my hat in the mail today just in time to use it on a hike up in West Virginia. It's almost everything I wanted it to be. The quality is superb, it looks amazing, and most importantly it kept my head warm. On its first outing today it did its job extremely well. My head never felt cold. It was amazing! The one and only issue I have with it at this time is its size. I went with an XL as there isn't an XXL option and it's almost too small. It fits, and works, but it would definitely benefit by being a bit bigger. I've been eyeing the original trapper hat for quite some time and planned on getting one sized XXL, but when I saw this Vermont Flannel Company edition one I had to grab one. I have a few pairs of there flannel pants in buffalo plaid, as well as a couple shirts and this hat goes with them perfectly! Overall I'm very happy with the hat, and plan to use it for the foreseeable future. I only wish it had been offered in size XXL as it would then be perfect! Other than that one issue it's a great hat in a great color, from a great company.
