Followed sizing guide hat too small customer service agent terrible had to speak with customer service manager to get the return started been over 2weeks still no hat and ZERO communication from anyone at SK left message over this past weekend for a family owned business which I use all I can this one is greatly missing customer service for a premium priced product not very happy how SK reacts will be the telling ~~I'm so sorry you've had this experience.
