    Looks great fits well. I ordered the size I measured from the instructions. I will probably order the Rancher cap in the future for very cold weather.

    Great hat with a great fit. Took a couple days to break in as far as tightness, but fits like it should and does the job it is asked. I will buy again when the time comes.

    Followed sizing guide hat too small customer service agent terrible had to speak with customer service manager to get the return started been over 2weeks still no hat and ZERO communication from anyone at SK left message over this past weekend for a family owned business which I use all I can this one is greatly missing customer service for a premium priced product not very happy how SK reacts will be the telling ~~I'm so sorry you've had this experience. I can see the order for the new hat in the system and will be in touch shortly. SK~~
