    Very warm and very comfortable. One note that I would make is that these run small, perhaps because they're intended for both men and women. I'm a man and I never wear an xl hat from any other brand, but the xl here fits me great, even a little on the snug side.

    3 hours behind a snowblower in 15° with winds gusting to 35mph and I was breaking a sweat. This hat is extremely warm and the nylon lining keeps the wind out. And when you fold the ear flaps down, the hat still fits! Not like that overpriced hat that made by that Seattle company. Awesome products, awesome company and awesome customer service. If you can't stay warm with Stormy Kromer, move south.

    Why NO AMERICAN FLAG stitched inside of hat. I'm very disappointed, may not buy more of your hats. ~~ The way this hat is designed it doesn't have a sweatband, so we cannot sew the flag label inside of it. It is still sewn here in Ironwood. SK ~~

    I now have 2 stormy hats and really like them. They are warm, comfortable, sturdy, and I think the style is timeless.

    I've owned the Filson hat with attached ear muffs and found it way too hot, this is perfect for wearing and activity. XL was a great fit and I liked the string that pulls ear covers close. Great quality and warranty.
