One side of the ear flap is sewn on crooked and no matter how much I try to pull it down and readjust, it doesn't get straight. The tie on the front is sewn so low that it comes up at an angle and is also sewn on with a bizarre bright white thread that doesn't match anything else on the hat and sticks out like a sore thumb. Unfortunately this is the second time in a row that quality control has been a major issue with my order. The first time was taken care of quite well. This time? Sewn when order limited edition?
