Labeled size 7 1/4 feels about like size 7, e mailed and no answer about sizing or exchange . Don't buy this one ~~ Sorry to hear the sizing isn't what you expected. Please give our customer service team a direct call at 888-455-2253 and they will be able to help you with sizing. SK ~~

I own many kromer hats and this is definitely the warmest, alot warmer than the original wool or the makinaw wool hat, so when it's really cold this is the hat I grab. Also the ear and is fleece lined witch is nice.

Great quality. It’s just too bulky. Looks like an army helmet on. Returning for an uninsulated cap. Great help from customer service. ~~ We're happy to help! ~~
