The Button Up Cap

I got this in the brown tones plaid, looks great with a brown jacket that I have. Very cute, stylish yet doesn't call attention to itself. I like that it's made in Michigan. Only caveat: I have a moderate size head--I bought the largest size available, and it just barely fits. A little too snug, but I decided to keep it anyway. Why do so many cap/hat makers make their products so small? I read complaints about this on many sites, including this one, but it doesn't change. Are the hat makers using patterns made in Asia where people may have smaller heads? ~ Joyce, glad you like the hat. For my birthday I received a Stormy Kromer gift card so I ordered the button up in red tartan plaid and in winter white. I already had an Ida Kromer in gray, so I just went with the same size. I absolutely love these hats! So far I've worn both of my new hats and the size is consistent with my old one. The flap works great when it's a little colder out, and they're cute enough to get compliments when I wear there. From my experience with the Ida Kromer I have no doubt that the button up will also stand up to our cold, snowy SW Michigan winters!

The quality of this product is of the highest workmanship and the style is sporty. I bought this for my 3 year old great nephew and I cannot wait to see it on him. It will keep those little ears warm and flatter his adorable little face.

If you are looking for a way to keep your head and ears warm; look no further - you will not find a warmer cap! The lining is soft and comfortable and the flaps allow for your ears to be covered as needed. I personally love that I can pull the flaps slightly over my ears (without unbuttoning the flaps) and then move it back up quickly if my ears get too toasty! Winter Green Plaid is a great color combo that keeps me looking great while staying warm!

I am not a hat person normally. I usually only wear a hat when I am out shoveling snow or playing in the snow. We visited the SK factory over the summer and the whole family loved the items we purchased then (original SK, two twill shirts and a scarf). So as the weather turned colder, I decided to look at the options for women’s winter hats. In particular, I wanted a hat that would match the cute winter SK scarf I bought over the summer (gray, pink and white plaid). I decided to order the Button Up in Winter White. I love, love, love this hat! The ear flaps don’t completely cover my ears, but it covers most of it. I think this hat is perfect for staying warm while I am out running around. For the really cold days I also bought a brimless SK hat that I can use in conjunction with my hood. I used the sizing chart to help me decide on what size to order and it fit just right. I have received a lot of compliments when wearing this hat.

I love my new button up cap. Love the green/purple plaid. Sure would like a scarf to match.
