I have been very happy with these mitts. My hands get cold during my early morning 2 mile dog walk. I bought the XL which run a little large. My hands are warm at 32 degrees and above. I layer with thin gloves or a mitt liner when the temp is in 20's or below and they have done the trick every time. Build is solid so far. The cuff design makes for and easy on/off without compromising warmth because of the cuff length that extends well over the end of my coat sleeve.

Saw a pair in September, didn't get them right away, and regretted not picking them up. Thought about them, but had plenty of other gloves so went without. In December found another pair in Northern Wisconsin, picked them up and went right to the register, to take them home. Very comfortable and warm ant this winter they really came in handy. Don't think about it just buy them, don't get cold fingers anymore.

I live in the Minneapolis area and have used these while using my snow blower. This is a tough test for mitts since you are constantly holding the blower handle. I found that these mitts keep my hands warm at temps about 5 deg. F or above. Below that temp. my hands become very cold.

These mittens keep my hands warm in sub zero conditions, even for extended periods of time. I've had many pairs of gloves that left my fingers numb with cold, but these Tough Mitts keep my hands warm. The leaather palms hold up great for shoveling or other outdoor work. Well worth the cost. I've bought these for my wife and kids, too.

They appear to be nowhere as warm as I expected they would be. Disappointed.

These mittens are great! Really warm and the leather palms/thumb are really tough and heavy duty. These are great for using the snowblower / shovel on cold / snowy morning. These are well worth the price and keep my hands warm in the coldest outdoor weather Minnesota has to offer.
