This thing fit like a glove right off the shelf! I love the waxed cotton for it's appearance and ability to shed water and wind. Great all around hat for fishing, hunting and hanging out! Another A+ for Stormy... -DP

I've been a Filson guy for decades.....SK makes a great product! Went on a pike/muskie trip on the Tahquamenon River with heavy rain showers every hour.....my bald head was warm and dry. -Chap

I bought one of these in tan a few years ago for warm weather hunting. A rugged and durable hat that sheds water like a duck. Of course I had to get another one for the pheasant fields when I found it in blaze orange . -Rick

This cap is so comfortable, and it fits like it was broken in the moment I put it on. I'm typically not a hat person but I believe this cap is going to convert me to a cap person. I've only had it for a day and I feel it coming on ........ as my favorite head gear! -Billy

I was in Wisconsin last month at my daughters University - MSU- Midwestern forestery conclacve and saw the waxed cotton hat for sale. It did not take me long to get my cash out and buy one. The neat thing was the Kromer was embroidered on the side with the Treehanven logo where the contest was being held. It was also the same place where the STIHHL Timbersports series was filmed. Great hat and a great memory. -Scotty

My friends here in the pacific northwest have not seen too many stormy kromers. Today while salmon fishing on the Columbia river, I got two "hey, what kind of hat is that?" It's a stormy kromer, says I, and it's made in America! Expect a few more orders from Vancouver Washington! -Smitty
