You really can wear a Kromer all year round. We kept the classic style of the Original, but cut it from lightweight, water-resistant 100% waxed cotton duck. When the chilly morning gives way to a sunny afternoon, just pull up the earband and you'll be comfortable all day long.

This is a nice lighter weight option of the stormy kromer. It is not a summer hat, but more of a fall or winter hat.
