You really can wear a Kromer all year round. We kept the classic style of the Original, but cut it from lightweight, water-resistant 100% waxed cotton duck. When the chilly morning gives way to a sunny afternoon, just pull up the earband and you'll be comfortable all day long.

I purchased two of the Waxed Cotton Caps in different colors. These caps are made very well and look great. They fit so good you don't even realize you have it on. I am so glad I bought these. They are my go to cap for everthing! Do not hesitate to buy one if considering it!!!

I have the wool classic cap and thought this would be a great option for spring and fall. Did NOT disappoint. Put it on and immediate perfect fit. Love the hat so much I will try wear it as long as possible into the summer although the construction is superbly heavy duty. Great hat...great company!

I purchased one of these hats in Newaygo MI on a trip. Liked it so well I bought three more hats for my sons because of the high quality. My hat had lots of insulation where the one I purchased did not. Maybe you have a winter selection or changed to the thinsulate lining. I’m looking forward to getting another of your hats when we go thru Newaygo in July. Keep up the good work ~~ We have insulated and uninsulated Waxed Cotton Caps, so looks like you got one of each.
