You really can wear a Kromer all year round. We kept the classic style of the Original, but cut it from lightweight, water-resistant 100% waxed cotton duck. When the chilly morning gives way to a sunny afternoon, just pull up the earband and you'll be comfortable all day long.

    Stormy Kromer makes top notch product. Comfortable fit, and will serve you well on just about any kind of weather. I have a picture of my dad wearing a Kromer when he was in the 1st grade back in the 30s. So they are a family tradition with me!

    Not as comfortable or warm as the wool hat but water resistant and with the orange ear band it is my go to hunting hat for October through November
