I recently purchased this cap and have enjoyed wearing it, and gave it high marks in a recent review. However that was before the metal rotating tab which secures the adjustment strap to the ca. It just came apart leaving me with no way to secure the strap. With a pair of needle nose pliers I pinched it back together and place a piece of "Gorilla" tape to hold the strap to the cap. I will still wear the cape ut Stormy Kromer needs to think about a studier method of securing the strap; otherwise still one of my favorite caps. A little engineering, Stormy Kromer, please. ~~~Hi Richard, I'm sorry you had this experience. I reached out to you via email. SK~~~

I don’t care for the extra length of the adjustment strap. Not sure if I cut it, will negate the cap warranty? ~~~ Hi Jim, Cutting the extra length of the strap will not interfere with the warranty, if ever needed. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out. SK ~~~

I bought this hat for those days when Mother Nature decides to shower us with mild rains or light snow. It joins six other Stormy Kromer hats keeping my noggin warm and comfortable. Sort of like having your best friend along for the walk or ride wherever you go. The workmanship is satisfyingly expert, and it looks good to boot. Thank you folks at Stormy Kromer for carrying on an American tradition of excellence and Yankee knowhow. Even when it's warm and sunny, I still wear it just because it makes me feel good.Take care of Ironwood, people. See you next go around.

I bought this for my husband and we both love it! It beautiful, high quality Stormy as you would expect. The only issue is the strap that adjusts doesn’t have anywhere to tuck in once it’s adjusted. He can see it out of the corner of his eye when he walks. He actually taped it to the hat itself so I wouldn’t cut it. It’s really annoying but we love the hat so won’t return it

I’ve been waiting for this to get back in stock and it was worth the wait. Great tweener hat for spring and fall.

I love the color of this cap. I received an olive green free as part of a promotion. It’s very light and comfortable. Construction is up to SK standard. My only complaint would be that there isn’t a spot to tuck the tail of the adjusting strap into and for me it sticks out oddly.
