I have order many products from Stormy Kromer and have always been happy with the product and the quality. And the shipping Until I just received a Christmas present for my husband It was shipped by Fed Ex and just throw into the bag with an inspection card and warranty information card So when I took the hat out of the bag it is a total mess. The bill of the hat is bent and the hat is creased it is unwearable. So I just spent $53 dollars on a “field cap” that my husband cannot wear. I am so disappointed. I have always taken pride giving my gifts from Stormy Kromer. But I no longer can say that. The quality of the hat is perfect. I feel throwing it in a fed ex bag bag and expecting a large company that like to take care of a bag was a very bad decision. I am not in a hurry to order again if this is our new shipping procedure. My other hats have always come in a box wrapped and protected ~ We're so sorry to hear that your cap didn't show up in good condition.
