Already have and love my Stormy wool winter cap and wanted one for summer. I can pull up my longish hair and tuck it inside to stay cool. Looks cool too!

I was expecting quality from a product that has the iconic brand name Stormy Kromer attached to it. This is my second purchase and I'm quite disappointed in the quality or lack thereof. It was nothing like the first hat I had purchased. There is absolutely no structure to this hat and I can see daylight through the flimsy fabric. It would look like the picture if you put something under it to support it, otherwise it would collapse in. I own better hats that cost a fraction of this one. Unfortunately I removed the product labels before inspecting it because I would have put it back into the bag and sent it back. ~ Sorry to hear you are not happy with your cap. As long as the cap hasn't been worn and the sewn in labels are still attached you can return it for a refund within 90 days of purchase. I got the hat for my grandson for Christmas . He loves them I also bought one last year. Last year it was sent in a box this year it was just in a bag. It was all bunched up I had to shape it and put something inside of the hat to keep its shape. ~Sorry to hear your cap was mis-shapen when you got it. We are currently using FedEx since we have been having issues with shipping delays from USPS. We will be evaluating each service after the holidays - we will hopefully start using the postal service again.
