Love the SK Bergland Cap but did not appreciated that it was folded into a plastic bag for transport - instead of using a cardboard box to protect it. ~~ Sorry to see that your're not happy with our packaging. We switched to FedEx for this holiday season as the USPS delivery times have been unreliable. We will be looking as shipping options after the holiday season is done and may have a better option later.
