The Backwoods Cruiser

I got this just before our Mackinac Island vacation. It was perfect for the varying weather that we had ranging from cold/blustery, warm and sunny, and cold and rainy.

I’m so happy I purchased the Backwoods hat. It is a rugged hat that is sure to last me a while. It fits and looks great. It warms right up as soon as the sun hits it. Perfect for your spring and fall adventures. I own a couple SK caps. This one is my favorite so far! Nicely done and crafted in the USA.

This is one nice hat. Fit and finish is nicely done. Quality in materials and assembly are evident. The brim is a good size and proportional to the hat. This hat oozes character and has the traits that make it a keeper for years to come.

The Backwoods Cruiser is a winner! It’s well-made, durable and great looking. At first, it may sound expensive, but you’ll find it very well worth it… and it’s nice to buy American. Highly recommend. Great job cousins!

Nice hat, I like it. It has one negative and that is a bit of an odd smell from the coating I think. I have another coated cap (Kromer) and it has no smell. It isn't a bad smell and it may go away. The cap is several years old and maybe it had a smell when new, I don't remember. Nevertheless, I am wearing the new one, it fits, looks, and works well.

I’m stoked! What a great hat!! I feel like I’m ready for my next expedition or that I might go take on a company of Nazis in the desert!!! As a Michigander, I take great delight in buying a Michigan made product, especially from a company that is so heavily invested in our local history and heritage!!!!

First comment; I have wanted this hat for quite some time, even tried one on in a store just to see if it fit my style; it definitely hit the mark. Finally a discount day happened and I used my previously purchased gift cards and then waited for the delivery. On day one; It was both windy and rainy, and the chin trapped, kept it on my head, and the wax canvas repelled the rain off my glasses and ears. It was the perfect match of both form and function, and the quality is top-notch as expected with stormy Kromer. I most definitely recommend.
