Haven’t seen this yet. USPS is terrible here, have only got mail 3 times since Thanksgiving. UPS or Fed X is pretty good.

When I received the cap sizer I measured my head and ordered that size cap. The cap arrived and fit perfectly! Easy to read and easy to use! It doesn't get any better than that.

Love the hat. Crooked bill. It appears to be bent from storage at the factory. A replacement was sent with the same identical issue. Customer series second to absolutely none. When placing a phone call.. an actual person picks up the phone. A highly recommended company. I will definitely use Stormy Kromer again and highly recommend them.
