Seems good.

Love the hat. Crooked bill. It appears to be bent from storage at the factory. A replacement was sent with the same identical issue. Customer series second to absolutely none. When placing a phone call.. an actual person picks up the phone. A highly recommended company. I will definitely use Stormy Kromer again and highly recommend them.

I love it & wish that I had if before my purchase. I measure my head in inches & then entered the measurement into the calculator for proper hat size. With Stormy Kromer free cap sizer the measurement came to a 7 & the calculator said 7 1/8. Measure cap sizer with rule and the measurements were correctly entered into the calculator. Their is a big difference between 7 to 7 1/8. Stormy were great about returns, but shipping a return comes with sticker shocker. So, I advise getting the free cap sizer for the best fit. Now, I can help interested friends to hassle free enjoy of Stormy wonderful hats. It can take up 3 week to receive a the right sized hat to arrive if you are not fitted right the first time.

The sizer sure measures my cap size differently than the size that’s fits in the store. I wouldn’t say the measuring tape is accurate. ~ Hi Elizabeth, Fit of our caps can also be preference as well. We always say when you take a measurement, you still want to consider being able to put a cap on and off. If the tape measurer is pulled too tight, the cap can fit too tight and vice versa. I think this is a great idea for getting the hat fit right, bought my stormykromer prior this. The suggestion to go to the size up if in between is good suggestion too. I was between sizes so bought the size down thinking it would stretch...they don't so my hat hangs in the closet.

It really helped to determine my hat size. I received the hats: perfect fit.
