I own 3 out of the 4 shirts and they are pretty much my "go to" daily wearing them over a light thermal shirt since I live up in the Northwest. My only request is that they develop 4 new colors for 2026, so I can add to my collection! Thanks Stormy!

A good wool shirt. Fits well for my size and shoulders (XL) and I think it will last for a good long time. The weave construction feels tight, the buttons fastened well, and the tail is actually long enough to tuck.Nice!.... Now the criticisms...the wool is a bit coarser than hoped, so until it's cleaned a few times, I'll wear a long sleeved t-shirt under it. I wish it was more of an 80% wool with 15% nylon (or equivalent), and the recycled part means little to me. Do you unravel old socks and shirts for that? I also like flaps on my chest pockets, which it doesn't have. I probably would have still bought the shirt (it is mostly wool after all) but I do generally pass on flapless shirts. I'd prefer a shirt made in the USA, just because the fit usually seems better, and of course its made here. Overall, it's a good 3.8 to 4 out of five for me.

I knew it would be good quality, but it's vastly exceeded my high expectations. The fabric reminds me of a good summer-weight sport jacket. A lifetime investment. The assembly is well above average as well.

I’m very pleased the quality and fit of my new wool shirt. The slate plaid color has a refined look to it and the workmanship is better than some of my other wool shirts. I was a little concerned about the shirt size running on the smaller side after reading reviews so I ordered the 2XL for my 6’-4” 227 lbs frame and it fits me well.

The fit and look are great, love the subtle olive color! I almost didn’t buy it because it is not 100% wool. I am not a huge fan of synthetic fabrics but it has style and comfort. Yes it is a little scratchy but that is expected from wool, I really only notice this when I put it. Over all I am glad I purchased this shirt. I will keep my eye out for a 100% wool one from Stormy Kromer at my local shops.

This is my first time buying a wool shirt. The quality and attention to detail on the shirt is amazing. I'm actually quit impressed. The picture doesn't do it justice as the colors are even better.

There are few things that I expected from a wool button down. 1). I wanted a business causal fit. I prefer 2xl for a loose fit, but in most businesses casual style clothes, I wear XL. This shirt fit as expected (XL, 6’2”, 235lbs). 2). I wanted a warm heavy shirt and this shirt hits the mark. 3). I wanted a neutral solid color. The pattern and color of this shirt had pleasant surprise, from the picture you can see it is gray on gray plaid, however, there are other subtle shades of colors blended into the pattern and fabric; I see blue and caramel color. For style and color, I give a 5 star. For the itch factor, I give a 1 star. It is expected from wool, but this is itchier than my other wool products from other manufacturers.

Received my wool shirt yesterday and love it. Will keep me warm this deer season sitting in the blind. Have 5 hats and wool blanket and love them all!!!!! Quality is always top notch and customer service has been there when I had to return some things because of size. I'm from the UP and love to be able to support a UP company.

I received the wool shirt as a Christmas gift and liked it so much I bought another one in a different color.
