I bought this cause I love my original Stormy Kromer cap that I've had for years for cold weather hunting. This hat is great for summer and early fall it's lightweight and breathable. Great for warm weather hikes and cutting firewood. Superb quality as usual.

I just received my red clay trail cap in the mail. The hat is very light weight. I wear a size 8 and the hat seems to run just a smidge too big. Upon tightening the string in the front of the hat the hat fits much better. With the addition of the red clay hat, my collection stands at ten. The trail cap is a summer hat. I'm so happy with my purchase! Keep up the good work guys.

When it is time to put the wool Kromer away for summer, it is great to have this lightweight Kromer option. I’ve had the hat for a year now and it is super. It is nice and lightweight. The ear bands are perfect for protecting ears during the northern WI mosquito season. Thanks, Stormy Kromer!

I have been a fan/user of the Stormy Kroger hat for a number of years and loved them. I always wanted to see them design a spring/summer cap and this is it! I am outdoors quite a bit and and need protection from the sun. The pull down band pulls down over the top of my ears and keeps them from burning, An all day fishing trip or just mowing the grass safer and more comfortable. I highly recommend.
