Ordered matching hats for me and my grandson on dec 17 for christmas. I paid extra for shipping for quick delivery. This cap would be nice if it was deep enough for a 3 year old, that's the XL even!!!! ~~ Mark, sorry this cap isn't fitting properly. Older tikes might need to go up to small adult sizes. Please give our customer service a call at 888-455-2253 and they can help you with an exchange. SK ~~
