The Flannel Shirt

Shirts: I like the tag on the pocket. I like the quality but now you are out of stock I'm disappointed. Vests and Coats: Great workmanship and stylish. Hats are also good quality. Being born a Yooper and lifelong Michigan resident I have been proud to support Stormy Kromer being that your products are Made In The USA and based in Ironwood, MI. Get back to your roots to making your products in the USA and you will enjoy growth and improved customer loyalty. Tell your CEO to make a statement publicly to address the issue. ~~ thank you for your honest reveiw. SK ~~

This is so wrong and a complete shame that you would move any production out of the US. Our family will not purchase any of your products made out of the country. I hope that you will reconsider supporting the American worker, as we have supported your company for years. Proudly made in the USA is the chief reason that we have purchased your products. ~~ We're sorry to hear this. We would love to make everything in the US, but as of today, we haven't been able to find manufacturers in the US with capacity and who can produce the quality we require. Now this doesn't mean we aren't continuously searching for the right partner here. There is always a possiblity of us making them in the US again. Thank you for voicing your concers - we hear you. I’m done buying Stormy Kromer! I bought flannel shirts etc. all the time because they were Made in the USA. I can buy any cheap flannel for a lot less made in foreign countries. It’s just not the same. Good bye! ~~ We're sorry you feel this way. All of our products, except shirts, are still sewn in the USA. We do not have capacity to sew shirts here and have found a wonderful, family-owned company in Honduras to make them for us. The fabric is the same, the quality is impeccable, and their employees are treated like we treat our own. Unfortunately, we have struggled finding high-quality sewers in the US with capacity. We thank you for your past patronage and hope to see you back again in the future. SK ~~

I bought this thinking it was like the other ones that I have bought for years made in the USA. I have purchased so many items both online at a store in my town because of the MADE IN THE USA. I am afraid to wear them now as I am worried we will not be able to buy them anymore from your company USA made. I love everyone of the quality of the other shirts i have gotten ~~We hear you and would love to make everything in the US. We had a difficult time finding a partner in the US that could sew our flannel shirts to the high quality our customer expect. We are very happy with the quality from our partner in Honduras and hope you find that to be true as well. SK~~

Glad I bought my flannel before the pocket tag on the pocket. Decided not to buy one when visiting your store . Also, material not as heavy. ~~Sorry to hear you're not a fan of the red tag. I will let our design team know. The weight of the flannel is actually a bit heavier than our past fabric, but it uses a smaller yarn (so not as lofty) with a denser weave (less shrinkage). SK ~~

Ordered a 2XL a bit tight in shoulders 5' 10" 255. Shirts vary greatly my other go to store for working men a XL gives me plenty of room in shoulders.

I'm a big Stormy Kromer fan! However, I purchased this new version of your flannel shirt in size Men's large and it was just a little too small in the shoulders. However, I just purchased the Weekend Pullover in an XL and it fits perfect. Please try to make your sizing consistent and keep making your products in the USA only! Years ago I bought your green double pocket, two buttons per pocket flannel with the subtle 1903 tag on the nape. I love to just look at it. I just decided to buy another and checked online. Why did you put the obnoxious tag on the front? I am pulling the one I almost bought out of my cart. ~~ Sorry to hear you're not a fan of our brand tag.
