I expected this "jeep hat" to be what I needed, it looks very nice on the website but when I received mine, in the red buffalo plaid, the colors are faded and it just feels very cheaply made. Its not what I expected. I will admit my own fault to not having read the specifics of the materials prior to ordering. I assumed it was a wool hat. Either way it just looks very cheap and faded.

Love the design with the earflaps and brim. Just wish it was made with more precise sizes like (small, medium, large). The S/M is a bit too small and I'm sure the L/XL would be too big. I will try to stretch it for a better fit.

This hat has a great design but the fleece is much thinner than I expected making it somewhat floppy. I walked around Lake Michigan in 30° weather and wind and it surprisingly kept my head warm though I don’t think it would be very effective in anything under 10 degrees for very long. If they made these out of the mackinaw wool with the fleece lining it would be a perfect 10.
