The Adjustable Curveball Cap

Hat started out great, I actually recommended them to others. Now the hat is not usable since the buckle does not hold the leather strap secure. Love this hat, I have all 3 colors. Dark Charcoal is my favorite. Wears well, keeps shape nicely and is perfect weight on the chilly days. Only complaint is the lack of hole in hat to put the excess adjustable leather strap into. But a little slice with an exacto knife and all is good. None of the hats have frayed due to this modification.

First of all I wear a 7 5/8 size hat which I would consider average (no small or not X-large). My complaint centers around the adjustment in back. The hat is cut so large to accommodate all sizes it causes the back of the hat to “pucker” when tightened to an average size. It looks like a pinhead! (A little humor there) The construction and sewing are good. Also the adjustment strap is overly long so as to fit extra large sizes and sticks out about 1 1/4.” This adds to the pinhead “look”. These few minor fixes could make a good hat a great hat!

Sharp and warm hat. Very dressy

Been wearing SK's for years but this is my first curveball cap. Impressed with the hat. I can see what other reviewers are saying with a keeper for the leather strap being a benefit but my head is big enough it's not as much of an issue for me. Cool cap that stands out from the rest. Look forward to years of wear.

Just purchased this hat in dark charcoal and wow I like the hat! Mine had the adjustable metal catch, thank the lord. I have a BIG head so I was worried that it would be too small but nope not an issue. What would make this 5 stars would be to use a thicker wool weight and then it would be flawless.
