Accessibility Statement
General
Accessing any website may present challenges for individuals with certain disabilities, and we recognize that each person’s needs and experiences may differ. Solutions that are effective for one individual may not be suitable for another.
Stormy Kromer is committed to making reasonable efforts to accommodate the accessibility needs of our customers and potential customers, taking into account our size, available resources, and understanding of user needs. To support this commitment, we have engaged qualified professionals to assist and advise us in identifying and implementing accessibility improvements.
Accessibility on this Website
Our website includes various methods, features, and policies designed to facilitate access to the website itself, as well as to the products or services offered or referenced through our business. In addition, most modern web browsers provide third-party tools and assistive technologies that may further enhance accessibility.
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website, despite the use of available on-site features and/or third-party or browser-based aids, we encourage you to contact us for further assistance. Our contact information is provided below.
Disclaimer
We anticipate that, from time to time and within the scope of our available resources, we will make modifications to certain aspects of our website, including those that may affect accessibility. We recognize that making reasonable efforts to enhance the seamless, accessible, and unhindered use of our website by all users is a worthwhile and ongoing objective.
Progress toward this objective may depend on various factors, including our awareness of specific accessibility challenges users may experience, the resources available to us at any given time, and ongoing advancements in technology.
While we strive to address accessibility in a manner consistent with reasonable business practices for a company of our size and resources, some content, features, processes, or policies may still present opportunities for improvement. We welcome and encourage your feedback and suggestions as part of our continuing efforts.
Third Party ACCESSIBILITY ASSESSMENTS
As part of our ongoing monitoring and remediation efforts, we have engaged a third-party service provider to conduct both automated and manual accessibility evaluations. This service performs quality assurance checks to identify potential barriers and provides our development team with detailed findings prioritized by severity. These findings are reviewed and considered for integration into our development planning and lifecycle.
The service is configured to perform ad hoc testing as needed, as well as scheduled manual testing of key user flows at least three times per year. Additionally, the service is available to validate or investigate any accessibility concerns reported by users.
All evaluations are conducted using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as the voluntary standard for measuring conformance.

When you contact us by telephone or email, your privacy will be fully respected and protected. You will not be required to provide any personal information, including but not limited to your name, address, phone number, or specific nature of any accessibility needs. The only exception is your email address, which we may have if you include it voluntarily in your correspondence. To help us better understand and address the issue, we may also ask for limited technical information about your system—such as your operating system, browser, and any assistive technologies used, including version numbers—so we can accurately identify and work toward a solution.
We’re committed to reviewing all reported accessibility issues and, when validated, resolving them as quickly as technically feasible. Before contacting us with an issue, please ensure you're making full use of the accessibility features built into your operating system and web browser.
