My wife and myself both got the stormy kroner wool shirts. They are the best quality and very warm. And they fit. I also replaced my hunting hat with stormy kroner wool hat in blaze orange. I'm 100 percent satisfied, and will be buying from stormy kroner again.

Coat - (chest)52+ (Waist) 50+, should be 42-44 Coat should be some insulation. I realize it isn't insulated, but with measurements too big, even with a layers, it is cut incorrectly. I didn't return it and go through the hastle and added expense. I needed a good coat now. I expected better from Stormy Kromer. ~~I'm sorry the sizing didn't work out for you. Please reach out if you should change your mind, 888-455-22583. SK~~

This jacket is pretty raw. There is no lining; therefore no inside pockets. I've been wearing mine for a year,or so, and have no complaints about the warmth of the coat. It is advertised to have six pockets. In my opinion, four of the pockets are useless. the only pockets that are can be accessed easily are the flap pockets on the front. The chest "hand warmer" pockets are way to high and way to small to be or any use. The pockets behind the flap pockets are also not very convenient. I usually wear an XL, but I also own the Boundry Jacket and found the armholes are too tight for someone with muscular arms and delts. This is not a coat that one would wear out for a night on the town, unless that town were Fairbanks.

My two Mackinaw Wool Coats are my favorite Fall through Spring in New England. I put my Filson in storage and I'm going with the Kromer. The collar of the Kromer is significantly larger which helps protect from wind, rain, and snow. Also, the wool is nicer. My only complaint are these weird top pockets? I can't even reach them. They're too small to be handwarmers and too difficult to reach to be a drop pocket. They just kind of hang out, mocking me with their perplexing nature. Huge fan of the SK brand. Have 5+ hats, 3 vests, and 3 twill shirts. Bless you all. You have a loyal fan for maintaining the character to support the American textile industry.

Seeing the pictures doesn't do it justice. The quality is nice, feels great, and very comfortable. It's a nice thick material that I think will last me a long time. I was worried at first because buying something you can't physically see and feel always makes me nervous. I am glad I pulled the trigger though. I got the olive one to go along with the cap. I will definitely do more business with them in the future.

I was looking to purchase a Mackinaw coat and shopped around. I remembered the Stormy Kromer cap that I purchased years ago and love it. I live in Canada and was hesitant with the purchase since shipping and customs charges would be on top of the purchase price. I got in touch with customer support and Penny assisted me. She was extremely helpful and I couldn't be happier. Thanks SK!!

So glad wife purchased last year can’t wait for cold weather to wear again this year! Great made , more than a hunting coat. My go to everyday coat. Easy on and off for all around cold weather!

I have been wanting a Mackinaw jacket for ages. I was looking at the model from out west but I really didn't want to spend that much. I ordered this and when received, I am extremely pleased. I am still on the fence on size, I am 6 foot 1 and just might return for the extra large. I am going to experiment the next couple days with the layers I would wear underneath to make sure. However having said that the fit and finish of this jacket is impeccable . The color of the wool is absolutely beautiful. It was lighter than I expected but when holding the wool fabric up to the light it seems very very tight. Now mind you it's 90 degrees out currently here so I won't get a true idea for several months, but I am so happy with the fit and finish, I have no doubt it will exceed my expectations. I have watched so many videos online about this company and I am extremely proud to help support an American company. I hope one day to visit. I also have a clock from a very prominent Michigan company so I am excited to visit the state. Congratulations to you and your team for continuing the legend. I feel like I am part of a family. Kromer hat and wool vest coming very soon. My sincerest thanks and congratulations and a special thank you to those show sewed my new treasure. ~~Thank you so much for your very kind words and welcome to the family! I've passed your review along to our Production Team to be sure they get your thank you and obvious appreciation. SK~~

I haven’t been able to wear it because I returned it for a smaller size and haven’t gotten it back yet, but the quality was top shelf.
