Exchanged items must be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. To exchange an item, simply pack it with the original packing slip. Please note on the packing slip which item you’re exchanging and what item, size and color you would like to replace it with. To get your size, measure around the largest part of your head, above the eyebrows, with a tape measure. Take that number of inches and divide it by 3.14 (pi) and that number is your size. If you are between sizes, round up. See the chart below for size conversions.

Three words: Dry Clean Only. A good dry cleaner will do a world of good for your Stormy Kromer Cap. A hand washing will yield some shrinking and misshaping. A machine-washing… well let’s just say kids visit this website and we don’t want to scare them.

The best method here is to spot clean with a damp cloth and a tiny amount of mild soap. You can restore the waxy finish with any of the commonly available waxcloth finishes. Don’t even let your Waxed Cotton Cap get in the same room as a dryer.

Again Dry Cleaning is the best method to keep your coat or vest looking great.

Throw it in the washer and dryer! If you’re feeling ambitious, give it a quick iron afterward.
