Overall

My first stormy kromer shirt loved the shirt so I ordered another two weeks later. Only thing I don't like is your name on back just below the coller. I did not spend almost $95.00 per shirt with shipping to give you a walking billboard. You should give a discount for having to advertise your shirts.

I like the medium shirt. It is confortable and heavy duty. On a cool day I do not even need a coat ! However I am short (5'6") and the selves had to be rolled up and buttoned over . Also the neck button is a little tight . It would be nice if we could order neck and selve measurements. Even the above issues I still recommend this shirt ! (Posted on 10/1/12)

This is the second shirt I've bought for myself and I'll probably buy several more. I originally came to look at this brand because they were American made, but you need not worry that this is the only reason to buy. The material(may be sourced from imported material) is high quality and the workmanship is excellent. The shirt is very comfortable and fits very well. I get excited when fall/winter rolls around because I get to wear my Stormy Kromer shirts! I do a lot of hiking, hunting and many other outdoor activities, these shirts have held up to the use and abuse!

P.S. One suggestion....please update the website for new colors/designs. I went to the store after looking online and found a nice navy colored shirt(Twill) but it wasn't on the website! I bought it! (Posted on 8/26/12)

I've got two SK twill shirts. The quality is unbeatable, however I would recommend purchasing one size larger than normal, as both of mine shrunk. When I first got them I wore them over my SK vest, like a jacket, now they're a bit snug without the vest. The sleeves are almost to short now, but I do normally wear a tall. Don't get me wrong these are great shirts, you will be impressed with them, just be aware of some shrinkage. (Posted on 2/29/12)

I bought my twill shirt on a whim... best whim... I used to sell clothing for a living. I know quality. I'm very particular about fabrics, details, stitching, etc. I do everything on the cheap. This shirt is worth every penny. The quality of the fabric and craftsmanship alone are unparalleled. I can always find an imperfection in clothing. Brother, there is none here. I need to have more of them ! After 6 caps you'd think I'd figure it out : quality, made in america... Don't over think it ! Get one you'll never regret it... (Posted on 12/13/11)

I bought more Stormy Kromer gear, and this time its shirts.

Two years ago when I first heard about this brand and these folks I knew I was making a mistake sending them my e-mail address. Man, was I right! Now, they send me messages about new items or something I don't have, and I just have to look.

This time it was the Basic Twill Shirts. I didn't know what that was, other than a shirt. Heck, I'm a veterinarian; I know animals, but I didn't have a clue what twill was, other than it must be cloth, but Stormy Kromer had my e-mail, and they sent me the message, and since I have a real low resistance to buying clothes from these folks, I suckered right in and ordered four shirts , one in each of the different colors, a week ago while I was in San Antone. Then, I spent the next week berating myself for being such an easy sell.

Well, today, when I got in from the clinic, a box from Stormy Kromer was sitting in the foyer waiting for me. I had already decided I was sending them back because I bought spur-of-the-moment, and just because they had my e-mail address, I wasn't going to let the Stormy Kromer bunch run over me.

Then, I made a mistake; I opened the box and tried one shirt on. Here's a hint: DON'T DO THAT!!!!!! If you do, you're sunk.

I put the shirt on a 6:30 pm, and I've still got it on; its toooooo comfortable to take off. Heck, I may sleep in it! Seriously, these shirts are great, extremely comfortable, and I think one of the BEST shirts I have ever put on. I have never had one that felt so soft and luxurious (I guess is the BEST word) straight out of the bag!! Now, I'm thinking about buying some more. They only have four colors, but it wouldn't hurt to have a couple in each color, would it?

Also, I flyfish and tie flies at some shows here in Texas, in Oklahoma, and in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the Federation of Fly Fishers' Southern Council Conclave in October and the Sowbug Round-Up each Spring in March, and I'm thinking about having a flytying logo and my name embroidered on some of these to wear when I'm tying. I am going to look great! If I was younger, I'd probably be covered up with good lookin' women, but at my age now, I can't even remember why I wanted them around......but that's enough said about that!

If you happen to read through the Reviews of different Kromer products, you will see other messages from me. No, I don't own the company. I am not related to anyone who works there, and I don't own stock because, as far as I know, they are privately held. I just like their gear! It is QUALITY and it is AMERICAN, and that is the way I buy.

At last count, I think I've bought about $3,000.00 worth of Kromer gear. When what I've got wears out or they make something else I like, I'll be buying more, and you should, too. You cannot go wrong spending your money with this company or buying their clothes. Do it now and look great while you enjoy the winter!
